Predator Armor is accepting dealer applications.

When accepted as a dealer you will be able to purchase directly from Predator Armor at wholesale prices. We have the ability to fulfill large and small orders. We are happy to accommodate to meet the needs of you as the dealer.

We look forward to working with you and your company. At Predator Armor we pride ourselves on the quality of our gear and our relationship with our customers and dealers. We manufacture high quality body armor and other tactical gear. All of our products are 100% made in the USA.

 

Pricing & Ordering: Pricing information will be provided via email in a brochure outlining our product details and pricing.

 

Dealer Pricing: We strive to make sure our partnership is mutually beneficial. We provide a discount of approximately 30% off MSRP (additional discounts are available provided certain monthly volumes). There is no minimum order value on each order. Although shipping costs can be reduced with volume.

 

Shipping: Shipping on all orders will be charged based on the actual shipping costs.

 

Billing: Payments are accepted via credit card at the time of purchase. For additional billing arrangements or information please contact your dealer representative. By agreeing to our terms you consent to allow us to charge your credit card for the amount of each valid invoice.

 

Legal: By signing this application and placing an order with Predator Armor, you agree to our Terms of Use listed in the following page (3) of this application.

 

Jurisdiction, Venue and Choice of Laws: This agreement is made and shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Utah, USA. By entering into this agreement, distributor submits itself and its principles individually to personal jurisdiction in the Courts of the State of Utah and agrees that Utah is the only appropriate venue for any action brought to interpret or enforce any provision of the agreement, or which may otherwise arise under or relate to the subject matter of this agreement.

By purchasing from Predator Armor, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”); furthermore, you represent, warrant, and confirm the following:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in your state, province, or territory of residence at the time of purchase;

  • You are not a felon;

  • You are not legally barred from purchasing, possessing, or using the item(s) purchased;

  • You are legally allowed to possess and use the item(s) in your state;

  • Your purchase does not violate any local, state, or federal laws;

  • You are not purchasing the item(s) for criminal or amoral purposes;

  • You will only use the item(s) purchased for lawful purposes;

  • You are purchasing the item(s) on your own behalf and not on behalf someone else in order to avoid complying with these Terms and Conditions;

  • You assume all risk of use (or misuse) of the item(s) purchased;

  • You understand that body armor is not bullet proof—IT IS ONLY BULLET RESISTANT, and if a bullet strikes you there is always a risk you will be injured or killed; and

  • You agree, for yourself and your heirs, assigns, and agents, to fully and completely release, never bring any action in any court of law against, and to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Predator Armor for any and all liability stemming from your purchase, possession, or use of the item(s).

Illegally purchasing, possessing, or using body armor or other items sold by Predator Armor may result in severe legal consequences for you, up to and including incarceration. Predator Armor will fully cooperate with all criminal investigations. Non law enforcement residents of Connecticut are prohibited from purchasing body armor. Predator Armor assumes NO LIABILITY for your use or misuse of any item(s) sold or donated, including without limitation any incidental or consequential liability. ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. NO ORAL AGREEMENT OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND SHALL BE BINDING UNLESS IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY Predator Armor. Statements, images, or descriptions are informational only, and not made or given as a warranty in any way. Predator Armor specifically disavows any other representation, warranty, or liability related to the condition or use of the items sold. Predator Armor does not cover any consequential damages, and its liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective items. Every item is sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer. These Terms & Conditions may be updated, revised, or changed without prior notice.
